I absolutely loved the decoration at Craftel. It had such a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful artwork and furnishings that made me feel right at home. The general areas, like the communal space downstairs, were spacious and well-maintained. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no stairs to climb, and everything was easily within reach, making it convenient for me to navigate around the hotel.
The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could be a bit more attentive. Sometimes, they seemed preoccupied and not as helpful as I would have liked.

My recent stay at Craftel in Bangkok was absolutely delightful! The location was perfect, tucked away in a sidestreet but still conveniently close to Siam Square, the Skytrain, and the boats into the old town. The building itself was clean and well-maintained, and my deluxe room on the upper floor offered a pleasant view of the skyline. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having my own air-conditioned space. The highlight was definitely the helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They provided free coffee, water, and biscuits daily, and were always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. I highly recommend Craftel for anyone visiting Bangkok looking for a comfortable and centrally located accommodation option.

This place is mind-blowing! The location is super convenient, just a stone's throw away from the BTS station. The room and bed are jaw-droppingly new and comfy. And guess what? There's a washing machine in the building! Oh, and let's not forget about the street it's located on - two 7-elevens and a ton of cafes! Wi-fi is fast and the air conditioning is top-notch. Staff is friendly and helpful, providing great English service. I'll definitely come back again!

Craftel Bangkok is a pleasant place for business travelers. the front desk staff, Soe, is very helpful and attentive. the hostel offers great value for money and is clean, making it a safe and comfortable option for lone travelers. the location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the Ratchewi BTS station. Guests can enjoy a free breakfast with options like bread, butter, jam, and fresh fruits. the shared spaces have amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and basic electric items.
The best deluxe room lacks a private bathroom.

Craftel Bangkok-Hostel is a delightful haven for any senior traveler like myself. The hostel's decoration is simply charming, with beautiful colors and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy for me to navigate around. As a senior, accessibility is important to me, and I was pleased to find that the hostel had convenient facilities and amenities that catered to my needs.
The only small improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people like myself is that the children working at the hostel could be a bit more attentive to the guests' needs. A little extra care and assistance would go a long way in making us feel even more welcomed and comfortable during our stay.

The location was easy to find and not too touristy. the artistic design of the place was impressive. the cleanliness and stability of the beds were excellent. the restrooms were well-maintained. the reception, especially the lady in the morning, was very helpful. Late check-out process was smooth. the breakfast of bread, butter, and coffee was awesome. Free drinking water, fruit, and snacks were provided. Comfortable rooms with privacy curtains, AC, and other amenities in good shape. Communal space downstairs was nice. Close to a 7/11 store. the staff was super sweet and helpful.
Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel had some great features, such as thick curtains on the beds that really blocked out the light, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The main area of the hotel was also really nice, providing a comfortable space to relax. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with a convenience store right next door and a nearby BTS station, making it convenient to explore the area.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The social atmosphere of the hotel was lacking, with guests not seeming to engage with each other much.

We had a fantastic stay at Craftel in Bangkok! the accommodation was clean and simple, just how we like it. the staff were incredibly friendly and the shared space had great amenities. We were particularly thrilled to find good English breakfast tea available, which can be hard to come by in Asia. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but when we come back, we will definitely be choosing Craftel again. It was the perfect space at the right price!
Absolutely nothing! 😊.
